About

The presentation is part of the ECSMGE24 Pre-conference workshop “WS 5 – Rcent advances in rigid inclusions”, arranged by with ISSMGE TC211 – Ground Improvement in Lisbon, 25 August 2024. The presentation discussed the concept of rigid inclusions soil reinforcement, lessons learned from the ASIRI project (national French research project on rigid inclusions from 2005 to 2011 leading to recommendations in 2012), ASIRI+ project objectives (Extend the scope of current recommendations) and a focus on seismic aspects.
