It also covered ground improvement techniques, emphasizing the importance of testing and monitoring during and after execution to ensure effectiveness and safety.

Karolina Trybocka, MENARD

Karolina Trybocka is a geotechnical engineer with 15 years of experience in ground improvement industry and works in Menard Polska. She has worked as a geotechnical designer and project manager, and has served as the head of the research and development department, where she conducted research projects on displacement column, gravel columns, soil mixing technologies, developed tools to enhance design work and execution process. Among her numerous publications, she is a co-author of “Polish Recommendations for Ground Improvement with Rigid Inclusions - Design, Execution, Quality Control”. For the past 5 years, she has been actively involved in the development of the Eurocode, serving as the coordinator of the group responsible for creating examples related to soil improvement.
